do I order? |
|

To
place an order, please phone our friendly staff on
07791 764433 . We
are happy to answer questions and, if
you wish, give you suggestions and help you make a choice. Our
order line is open every day from 8am to 9pm. |

Alternatively, email your order
by clicking
here - so you can
order any time, day or night! Emails are answered on the same day,
usually within an hour (weekend emails will be answered by Monday). |
|
Once you have made your order,
we will confirm it by email or by telephone, providing all the details of
the order. Please notify us within 2 days of receipt of confirmation
about any errors in the order (eg. the name or personal message). |
|
We will also contact you on
receipt of payment and when the item has been despatched. |
|
|
|
You can be
assured of a personal service - we make sure the customer comes first! |

How
do I pay? |
|
We prefer to accept UK
cheques or postal orders, made payable
to
Hearts & Crafts Ltd and sent to:

If you bank
online or by phone, you can transfer payment directly into the
Hearts & Crafts bank account. Please
email for bank

We can also accept secure

All you need to do is sign up with them, giving your name, email address
and credit card details (click here
to do so). |

After you have signed up, go to
the "Send Money" tab, and enter the email address of the person to whom
you are sending the payment (in our case simon@craftuk.co.uk),
plus the amount of the payment. |

When
will I receive my order? |
|
We endeavour to send out orders
as soon as possible after receiving your request - this can be the same day, even for
personalised gifts (assuming they are in stock). We send out most items by First Class post and
offer a guaranteed next day service (Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK only) although this does not extend to
Saturday deliveries). Please note that we cannot be held responsible
for items delivered late by the Royal Mail. |

For
worldwide orders we use Royal Mail Swiftair priority airmail (where
available) otherwise Royal Mail International Signed For. |
|
All products are in stock and
available unless otherwise stated. |

How
much do I pay? |
|
The
price plus the postage
& packaging indicated. For multiple orders,
please contact us so we
can give you a postage price. All prices quoted apply from January 2008
onwards. |

For USA
orders and other worldwide destinations, please email us for a price if
not shown. |

Refunds & Returns |
|
We promise that
if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will
exchange it or provide a full refund, provided it is returned in a resaleable
condition within 7 days of receipt. We regret that postage and packaging
are direct costs and cannot be refunded. |
|
When returning goods, we also suggest you use registered post as we
cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us. Unfortunately,
we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (this does
not affect your statutory rights as a consumer). |

Please note, we cannot be held
responsible for the actions of the Royal Mail. |
